Two secrets that make our excellent tomato sauce with Moringa, unique and plenty of taste: selection of raw materials and tradition. Each ingredient we use is 100% of Italian origin and the Moringa, together with the aromatic herbs, is cultivated in our farm. This plant is a very concentrate of nutritious elements: it contains more proteins than egg and milk, more vitamin A than carrots, more vitamin C than oranges and more potassium than bananas. The same old recipe is passed down verbally from one generation of women to another and some of the same old cookware always used in the family are still in use, like the large copper saucepan.

San Marzano tomatoes, Moringa, aromatic herbs, extra virgin olive oil and no onion make this sauce extremely delicate, natural and slightly spicy, perfect for genuine and very tasty preparation.


From the field to the jar

The preparation our tomato sauce with Moringa oleifera follows traditional processes, simple and fast to maintain the genuine taste of the ingredients. The San Marzano tomatoes are cooked in open saucepan for a short time and, only at the end, the Moringa leaves are added so to keep their bright green color and their properties. Then is all enriched with the aromatic herbs cultivated in our farm and the extra virgin olive oil “Dolce di Rossano”, a Calabrian typical oil.


Each ingredient, a story on its own

Peeled tomatoes: selected from small local producers.

Moringa oleifera: first in Italy, directly cultivated in our farm.

Aromatic herbs: cultivated in our farm.

Extra virgin olive oil: cold pressed from the very delicate olives “Dolce di Rossano”.


The perfect match

Our tomato sauce with Moringa is perfect to condiment any kind of pasta (fresh or dried) or rice. Ideal to prepare meat sauces or to serve with white meat stew. Try it as a base for “guazzetto”, fish and tomato soup, or as aperitif on bruschetta or hot crostini together with fresh or hard cheese. An original suggestion: try it as pizza topping.


Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 7 days.
