Shipping policies

Note: We remind you that guaranteed Christmas delivery applies to orders placed by 17/12 inclusive, and fresh product shipments will resume from 09/01/24. For dates beyond this, we recommend contacting our customer service at 0983 80 80 44.

The shipment of goods is made immediately, or for orders placed between Wednesday and Sunday, the following Monday to avoid product storage at the Courier's depot. Delivery of goods normally occurs within two working days following shipment.

Shipment of fresh Goji berries, being hand-picked, fresh, and seasonal, takes place only on Tuesday morning for all orders received by 5:00 PM the previous Monday. Orders received after 5:00 PM on Monday will be shipped the following week. Delivery of goods normally occurs within two working days following shipment.

SHIPPING COSTS

These are calculated directly at checkout BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER: €7.00 for all orders in Italy (including islands). For orders over €70, shipping is free and covered by us.

However, it is €15.00 for all orders in Austria and Germany. For orders over €110, shipping is free and covered by us.

DELIVERY TIME MODIFICATIONS

Sud Rienergy Soc. Agr. S.r.l. reserves the right to modify shipping or delivery times in the event of unforeseen organizational difficulties, with notification sent via email to the customer.

* For fresh products (see fresh Goji berries), customers are informed that shipments will only take place on Mondays and Tuesdays.

PROVIDING A SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Our couriers deliver during regular business hours; therefore, we recommend providing an address where someone will definitely be available to receive the delivery.

For locations far from residential centers, we recommend providing a phone number at the time of order to facilitate the courier's work as much as possible, or to arrange delivery by appointment.

PACKAGE DAMAGE AND TAMPERING

Upon delivery of goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check not only the number of packages, but also that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials. In such cases, the goods should be refused, and they will be replaced and collected by Sud Rienergy Soc. Agr. S.r.l. at their expense. Alternatively, the package can be accepted with a reservation, noting this on the courier's delivery slip. Once the courier's document has been signed without reservation, no further claims can be made, and the package is considered delivered correctly.

Sud Rienergy Soc. Agr. S.r.l. is not responsible for delays attributable to the shipper.

TRANSIT TIMES

Transit time is the time it takes the express courier to deliver the shipment after we hand it over. Typically, this time does not exceed two working days.
