Shipping policies

Note: We remind you that guaranteed delivery before Christmas is valid for orders placed by 12/17 inclusive, furthermore, shipments of fresh products will resume from 01/09/24. For dates after that, we recommend contacting our customer service at 0983 80 80 44.

The shipping of goods is carried out immediately or, for orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday, on the following Monday to avoid product hold-ups at the Courier's warehouse. Delivery of goods normally takes place within two working days after shipment.

Shipping of fresh Goji Berries, being a hand-picked, fresh, and summer product, takes place only on Tuesday morning for all orders received by 5:00 PM on the previous Monday. For orders received after 5:00 PM on Monday, shipments will be postponed to the following week. Delivery of goods normally takes place within two working days after shipment.

We inform you that on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, there will be no shipments of fresh products. The last shipment before the summer break will be on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, and shipments will resume regularly on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

SHIPPING PRICES

They are calculated directly at checkout BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER, it is €7.00 for all orders in Italy (including islands). For orders over €70, shipping is free and at our expense.

MODIFICATION OF DELIVERY TIMES

Sud Rienergy Soc. Agr. S.r.l. reserves the right, in case of unforeseen organizational difficulties, to vary the shipping or delivery times by notifying the customer via email.

* For fresh products (see fresh goji berries), please note that shipments will ONLY be made on Mondays and Tuesdays.

PROVIDE A SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Our couriers deliver during normal working hours; for this reason, we recommend providing an address where someone will surely be available to receive the delivery.

For locations far from residential areas, we recommend providing a phone number at the time of order to facilitate the work of our couriers as much as possible or to arrange delivery by appointment.

PACKAGE DAMAGES AND TAMPERING

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check, in addition to the number of packages, that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials; in such a case, the goods must be refused and will be replaced and collected by Sud Rienergy Soc. Agr. S.r.l. at its own expense, or the package must be accepted with a reservation by writing "accepted with reservation" on the waybill. Once the courier's document is signed without reservation, no objections can be raised, and the package is considered correctly delivered.

Sud Rienergy Soc. Agr. S.r.l. is not responsible for delays attributable to the shipper.

TRANSIT TIMES

The transit time is the time it takes for the express courier to deliver the shipment after we have handed it over. Usually, this time does not exceed two working days.
