We cultivate exquisite native vegetables from the plain of Sibari and, following traditional recipes, process them immediately after harvest without adding any preservatives, colorants, or flavor enhancers. Finally, we preserve them in a native extra virgin olive oil obtained from “Dolce di Rossano” olives, a sweet and delicate oil that enhances the flavor of the vegetables.
