Access to the Domain and any operation involving the viewing of its contents constitute acceptance of the Terms of Use; if the user does not wish to accept the Terms of Use, they must refrain from browsing the pages of the favella.shop website.

Their reproduction in any form or manner without the express written authorization of Sud Rienergy is absolutely prohibited, as is the registration of the "Favella" trademark in any top-level domain; the trademarks, domain names, company names, business names, and signs owned by third parties with whom Sud Rienergy has collaboration relationships enjoy the same protection accorded to the distinctive signs of Sud Rienergy by current regulations. The use of all distinctive signs owned by Sud Rienergy as metatags, HTML language commands that, although not involving the display or formatting of a certain command, provide instructions and/or information to other logical entities present on the network, is also prohibited.
3.5. Without the written authorization of Sud Rienergy, it is not permitted to create links to the home page of the Domain (hereinafter also the “Home Page”) or to any other internal page of the Domain.

Sud Rienergy does not provide any warranty on their accuracy and completeness and reserves the right to modify and update this information without any notice. - Governing law and jurisdiction
Without prejudice to any rights that users may have under different national or international regulations, these Terms of Use will be subject to Italian law and will be interpreted in accordance with the same. All disputes arising in relation to these Terms of Use will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Padua.
