Discover the exquisite elegance of the Crosta Fiorita di Latte di Bufala , a cheese as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to taste. Made using traditional techniques , this cheese is characterized by a unique bloomy rind, developed through the use of a selected white mold, Penicillium Candidum, which keeps the cheese soft, tender and creamy .

The soft texture of the rind and the distinctive appearance reminiscent of a flowery meadow are not only a pleasure for the eyes but also add an aromatic depth to the cheese. Inside , the cheese has a sweet and creamy texture , enriched by the noble molds of the rind that give it an aromatic taste typical of the bloomy cheese. The rind is completely edible and contributes to the unique sensory experience of the cheese.

The buffalo milk used for this fresh cheese is first pasteurized and then cooled . Once the lactic ferments and rennet are added, the coagulation process begins, which after a short time leads to the formation of the curd, which is then broken up and shaped. During maturation, which lasts about 30 days, the special white mold is added, thus completing the transformation of this product into a masterpiece of flavor and tradition.
