Calabrian Pepper

Our Calabrian chili peppers originate in the Sibari Plain , where the sun and Ionian breezes concentrate aromas and capsaicin. We select only the finest fruits and process them immediately after harvest according to family recipes. No preservatives, colorings, or flavor enhancers are used, and when required, we use a native extra virgin olive oil obtained from "Dolce di Rossano" olives, which balances and enhances the spiciness.
