A tomato sauce with a full-bodied and unique taste, thanks to the selection of fine raw materials and tradition. The tomatoes come from certified Italian producers; the vegetables and all the aromatic herbs are grown in the Favella gardens; the extra virgin olive oil is produced with a variety of olives typical of the Sibari plain, the “Dolce di Rossano”.
The recipe has been passed down through generations of women in the family and the copper pot is still used: cooking in an open basin and for a short time to give the flavor of a "freshly made sauce". The result is all the fresh flavor of the best natural tomatoes. Our Calabrian chili pepper gives a pleasant spicy note.

A delicate soffritto of onion and garlic and a copper pot. This is what precedes the quick cooking of fresh tomatoes, together with chili pepper and herbs (salt, black pepper, parsley and bay leaves).
