This irresistible temptation is born from the perfect marriage between the sweetness of clementine and the best dark chocolate.

A unique product thanks to the softness and juiciness of the candied clementine. The fruit is processed immediately after harvesting with a natural “cold” candying process to keep the clementine soft, juicy and fragrant even once candied.

Candied Clementines Covered in Chocolate: from the field to the package

Clementines are harvested and processed in our company. We wash them, prick them and boil them in water for a few minutes. Sugar is added, more water and everything is brought to the boil again. We add sugar at every single cycle: this procedure is called "cold candying" and lasts approximately 20-25 days. Once completely candied, the clementines are cut into quarters and covered with a tasty double layer of pure dark chocolate.
