Fresh Buffalo Milk Cheese is a soft cheese with a charming straw-white color. Its compact and slightly wrinkled structure is accompanied by a strong, medium-intense flavor that pairs perfectly with many dishes. This cheese, in addition to being a delight for the palate, is also a concentrate of nutrition, rich in proteins, calcium and vitamins , and offers a precious supply of sodium, potassium and phosphorus .

It is prepared using our fresh buffalo milk just milked through a coagulation process with the addition of rennet and selected lactic ferments. Once the right consistency is reached, the curd is cut into small fragments to facilitate the draining of the whey and, subsequently, is placed in the classic round shapes. After a relatively short period of maturation which gives our fresh buffalo milk cheese its characteristic fresh and delicate flavour , it is ready!
