The characteristic bitter taste of Moro oranges finds a perfect balance with the sour tone of lemon. The result is a velvety compound that releases all the scent of Calabrian citrus fruits, grown on our land with passion and dedication.
The selection of the finest fruit and processing immediately after harvesting guarantee a unique flavour similar to that of freshly picked fruit. Unlike many industrial jams and preserves, pectin is not used as a gelling agent but rather the desired density is achieved thanks to a much higher quantity of fruit, offering a velvety product of exceptional quality and 100% natural.
Moro Orange Marmalade: from the field to the jar
Our Moro oranges are hand-picked directly from our trees and immediately brought to the company, where all the processing takes place. First they are washed, then peeled, chopped and deseeded. We also use the peel, first boiled and then chopped. Fresh lemon juice is added to the fragrant mixture and at the end of cooking we also add sugar, to avoid crystallization or browning.
