Why buy breadsticks at the supermarket when you can make them at home? If you then add a little moringa flour to the dough, you will surely have an alternative aperitif with a completely new flavor!
Ingredients
- 480 g of 00 flour
- 20g moringa flour
- 260 gr of water
- 12 g of fresh brewer's yeast
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 gr of oil
Preparation
- Start preparing the moringa breadsticks by dissolving the yeast and honey in a little warm water.
- Now take the 00 flour and the moringa flour, sift them into a bowl, make a hole in the center and pour in the water with the yeast and honey. Start kneading then add the salt and oil. Continue kneading until you get a soft and non-sticky dough.
- Now roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, give it a rectangular shape and brush the entire surface with oil. Leave to rise for 2 hours in the oven with the light on.
- After two hours, take out the pan and cut the dough into strips 1-2 cm wide. Take each strip, stretch it with your hands, spread it on the pan and brush with oil.
- Now put in the oven at 200° for about 20 minutes, until the breadsticks are golden brown.
- Remove them from the oven, let them cool and accompany them with whatever you like!
