Salad with figs and primosale
September is the month of figs, so why not use them in your salad?
The base will be the classic salad (lettuce will be fine) which you will then integrate with figs cut into quarters, rocket, a little primo sale and finally a nice handful of fresh goji berries.
Greek Salad with Goji Berries
A classic among summer salads but slightly revisited. To a base of lettuce we add delicious cubes of feta, slices of cucumber and a handful of fresh goji berries. And if you want to give it an extra touch, try adding some Grilled Tropea onion in oil !
Mediterranean Salad
Here's a summer salad with a little southern flair. Just add some classic lettuce to it. sun-dried tomatoes in oil , a little primosale, a good handful of sunflower seeds and finally… about twenty fresh goji berries. It's really delicious!
