Making recipes with jams is not that difficult, but what if the jam we propose has a new and decidedly innovative flavor?
We are talking about our Green apple, peach and goji jam , a unique symphony of flavours that combines the natural and fruity taste of green apple and peach with the incredible properties of goji.

Ricotta biscuits with green apple, peach and goji jam
Ingredients
- 200 g of 00 flour
- 200 g of cow's ricotta
- 100 g of butter
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 100 gr of Green apple, peach and goji jam Favella
- icing sugar to taste
Procedure
- As always, let's start with the dough. Put the butter, ricotta (well drained), flour and yeast in a bowl. Work the mixture until everything is well combined.
- Now form a loaf, wrap it in cling film and leave it to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes,
- Once the time has passed, take a pastry board, sprinkle it with flour and roll out the dough on it with a rolling pin, until it reaches a thickness of 3mm.
- Cut the dough into rectangles and place a little green apple, peach and goji jam in the center.
- Now close the rectangles on themselves, taking care to close each side well.
- Spread the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a static oven (180°) for 20 minutes.
- When the cookies are golden brown, let them cool and sprinkle some icing sugar on top. Enjoy!
