Our dairy excellence: each kilogram of bocconcini requires about 4 liters of pure buffalo milk coming directly from our farm, collected immediately after milking . The milk undergoes gentle heating and is then combined with a natural whey starter and rennet, triggering coagulation. The curd, once formed, is cut into cubes and, after a period of rest, the spinning process begins. Thanks to the mastery of the cheesemaker and immersion in boiling water, the curd is transformed into thin threads that, guided by his skill, take on the fascinating shape of our delicious mozzarella bocconcini.
Our bocconcini are similar to mozzarella in texture and flavor, but are distinct in size and shape . Each pack contains five or six buffalo milk bocconcini, weighing a total of 250 grams plus preserving liquid. Both are made with fresh buffalo milk to ensure an authentic experience of taste and texture.

Perfect eaten alone, natural. Ideal paired with fresh tomato and basil for the classic Caprese salad. Enrich vegetable, pasta or rice salads, as well as sandwiches and rolls.
To enjoy it at its best, we recommend immersing the package in warm water for 25-30 minutes, in order to reach the ideal consumption temperature of 21°C.
