This cationic protein (positively charged) attracts foreign particles in the water, breaks down their protective barriers, and clusters them into a single membrane, causing them to sink to the bottom (flocculant properties).
Remarkably, this use of Moringa seeds dates back to Ancient Egypt, where they were used to purify water drawn from the Nile.
