Fresh Lime of the Tahitian Lime variety (Citrus Latifolia) is a citrus fruit with unique properties, carefully cultivated in our fertile lands of the Sibari plain, Calabria. This lime stands out for its rounded shape and thin emerald green peel . The internal pulp, juicy and slightly acidic, is perfect for flavoring dishes and drinks, giving them a touch of freshness and vitality .
Harvested in the summer season, from July to October, our lime is grown using conventional farming methods that guarantee a high-quality product and certified GLOBAL GAP – GGN: 4059883542516. Free from GMOs and allergens, fresh lime is suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and is an excellent source of vitamin C, antioxidants and other essential nutrients .
