From the infusion of three varieties of finger lime, pink, gold and green, accompanied by cedar and juniper berries, Ginik is born. Our “lemon caviar” gin.

Preparation
The botanicals are grown in our company, under our expert and careful care, to ensure the best ripening conditions for such a precious fruit. They are then sent to the Antica Distilleria Quaglia, to be distilled, still fresh, in an infusion that will become Ginik.
Abbinamento consigliato
Thanks to its intense aromas and citrus flavour, Ginik can be drunk neat, accompanied by tonic or mixed in a cocktail.
