It is the flagship of our dairy. For each kilogram of mozzarella , approximately 4 liters of pure buffalo milk are used directly from our farm and processed immediately after milking. The milk is heated, combined with natural whey and rennet which gives rise to coagulation. The curd is then cut into cubes and, after a pause of a few hours, the spinning process begins in which the curd, thanks to the processing in boiling water and the rotations given by the expert cheesemaker, is reduced to very thin threads which are then transformed into wonderful shapes such as mozzarella.
The mozzarella differs from our bocconcini only in size and shape while the flavor and consistency are similar, since both are made with fresh buffalo milk. In each package, you will find a 250 gr mozzarella of buffalo milk.

Since we make our mozzarella to order and ship it immediately, we require a minimum purchase of 8 packs for a total of €36 as indicated. This corresponds to receiving 8 packs of Mozzarella di latte di Bufala, each weighing 250 grams, all inside a refrigerated box. In practice, you will be delivered 2 kg of product , excluding water.

Perfect eaten alone, natural. Ideal paired with fresh tomato and basil for the classic Caprese salad. Enrich vegetable, pasta or rice salads, as well as sandwiches and rolls.
To enjoy it at its best, we recommend immersing the package in warm water for 25-30 minutes, in order to reach the ideal consumption temperature of 21°C.
